By replacing single-use boxes with reusable ones, this solution significantly reduces carbon footprint, promoting sustainability in both the telecommunications and parcel delivery sectors. This forward-thinking approach to e-commerce deliveries has been acclaimed for its exceptional innovation!<\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Key to the project\u2019s success was a three-way collaboration involving Slovak Telekom, Packeta Slovakia, and Corplex Slovakia.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This project is a joint effort by three partners: Slovak Telekom, dedicated to environmental sustainability; Packeta Slovakia, a courier company striving to reduce the carbon footprint of home deliveries; and Corplex Slovakia, which possesses the expertise to design and mass-produce a shipping box that protects sensitive electronic devices and endures numerous reuse cycles.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The shared objective was to create a packaging solution that could be reused numerous times and designed with its end-of-life in mind. The box is made from polypropylene, a material that can be fully recycled into new boxes without quality degradation during the recycling process. Additionally, the box&#8217;s design allows it to be flat-folded when not in use for efficient returns and streamlined operations.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mission accomplished! Corplex produced returnable boxes, each capable of being reused over 50 times. Moreover, these shipping boxes offer innovative features tailored for e-commerce packaging:<\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Edges are fully sealed<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-GB\">during the polypropylene sheet cutting process. <\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The box is printed on directly using laser printing technology. <\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Each package includes a dynamic QR code for product tracking and easy inventory management. <\/span><\/li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Specially designed micro-perforated surface for easier<\/span> <span lang=\"ES\">l<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">abels removal.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Thanks to this collaboration, the collective strength of multiple sectors has fostered the advent of new environmentally friendly e\/commerce packaging and delivery practices. 95.5% of end Slovak Telekom\u2019s customers reported satisfaction with the reusable shipping boxes during pilot phase of the project.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Towards a Sustainable Future<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>At Corplex, we believe that every action counts and that, together, we can make a big difference.
